FULL BIO:

Kayla Jones is a 300hr trauma informed yoga instructor located in the DFW area. She has been practicing yoga for a decade with 3 years of teaching experience locally and virtually. 

She is passionate about making an impact in the wellness industry from a holistic perspective. With her mission weighing heavily upon providing safe spaces & experiences for the BIPOC community to process and heal. 

In her classes, you will find joy, relaxation, and a chance to meet yourself where you are. Her speciality is yin & restorative flows, guiding students thoughtfully with a combination of breath-work and movement. Making sure to always set the tone for the space she is holding in the moment.
