- Transcend Therapeutic Services
More than just mental health.
This isn’t your typical therapy practice. Transcend Therapeutic Services is the “Mind” pillar of the Transcend Wellness Club—a clinical home for trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and somatically integrated healing. Whether you’re grieving, anxious, burnt out, or just feeling disconnected from yourself, our work goes deeper than talk. We help you come home to your body—and your truth.
Our Therapy Services:
Individual Therapy
EMDR, DBT, IFS, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based CBT for trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, identity work, and nervous system dysregulation.
Group Therapy
Join themed cohorts focused on grief, emotional regulation, anxiety, or somatic integration. Each group blends insight, connection, and body-based healing.
Specialized Somatic Sessions

You should match with me if you're ready to be honest—with yourself and with me. You are open to self-reflection, even if it's uncomfortable, and willing to put in the work between sessions. If you're craving a space that feels safe, real, and collaborative—you'll likely feel right at home here. -
